Our talented chef Colin has over 30 years experience, previously working at Boisdale of Belgravia, Rules restaurant, Bentley’s and The Ritz Hotel. Along with his long serving senior sous chef Antonio & John they strive to deliver the highest culinary standards to achieve guest satisfaction. Together we’ve carefully selected a range of dishes to cater for every taste even down to our children’s menu.
